We stayed in a hotel in downtown Dali, which was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the service provided by the staff was efficient and friendly. the breakfast offered a good selection of dishes, including Chinese and Western options. the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and provided a comfortable stay for us.
The hotel lacked a doorman or bellboy, which made it slightly inconvenient who needed assistance with their luggage.

The hotel I stayed in was truly luxurious. From the moment I entered, I felt like a VIP. the grand and spacious lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were welcoming. the room I had was spacious and well furnished; the bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of exclusive amenities that met my needs.
While this hotel was fantastic, there was one minor issue that I experienced. the buffet breakfast was good, but some of the dishes were not as warm as I would have liked.

During our Easter stay, we were pleased with the spaciousness of the public areas and rooms. It provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's location was convenient, situated near the Ancient City. This allowed us to easily explore the attractions in the area. the presence of a shuttle minibus in the evening was a helpful feature for getting around.
We experienced some inconsistencies in the quality of our rooms. The key card stopped working after only half a day, and the staff was slow in resolving the problem.

During our Easter weekend stay, we were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the polite service from most of the staff. the breakfast spread was varied with plenty of delicious local dishes and fresh fruits. We also appreciated the convenient location, within walking distance to a beautiful lake and bustling market.
The air conditioning was not working properly in our room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep in the warm weather. the hotel gym was quite outdated and could use some modernization.
